The Woodlands

Construction has commenced on 9500m² office developments at The Woodlands Office Park. The development comprises two office buildings of 6200m² and 3300m² respectively on a double basement. E & PC has been secured as a tenant for the 6200m² building with a 10 year lease. The completion date of the project is March 2008.
Deloittes, a current tenant at Woodlands Office Park, is interested in a new building and planning has commenced to develop a 7000m² - 10,000m² building for them. |
